A daytime stop for rodeo fans

The October 7 announcement places the stage on Level 2 at the east end of the Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall. Cowboy Christmas admission is free, with the show open daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific.

The daily lineup

Programming is scheduled to begin with Acoustic Hour at 10 a.m., followed by Conserving Country with Shane Minor and Garrison Allen at 11 a.m. Matt Merritt’s Mic Drop follows at noon, Storme Session starts at 1 p.m., and Variety Show closes the stage schedule at 2 p.m. Times may change.

Activities beyond the stage

The Cinch Cowboy Commons returns to the east lobby on Level 1, while Cowboy Christmas Village and Bites and Brews are on Level 2. The Junior NFR’s Wrangler Rodeo Arena will be in a tented area in the Platinum Lot, across University Center Drive.

More to explore

The broader event also includes Western shopping, Cowboy Christmas Village, food and beverage areas and Junior NFR competition nearby. For a comfortable itinerary, pair a stage appearance with shopping time and leave a break before travelling to the evening rodeo.

Visitor planning: make a daytime route

Choose the stage session you most want to see and use it as the fixed point in your visit. Group shopping and meal breaks around that time, rather than trying to cover everything at once. Families combining indoor activities with the nearby competition should leave time to walk between locations. Keep the afternoon flexible if you are also heading to the Thomas & Mack Center that evening.
