Arrive before the first ride

Las Vegas Events outlined the entertainment plans on October 16. The ProRodeo Zone will combine live music, dancing, meet-and-greets and sponsor activities. Rodeo Live is scheduled from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m. Pacific each evening.

Cowboy Corral music lineup

Cowboy Corral plans pre- and post-rodeo performances by David Lewis on December 3–5, Casey Anglin on December 6–9 and The Reeves Brothers on December 10–12. Doors are scheduled to open at 4 p.m., with music beginning at 4:30 p.m.

More places to gather

The AXS Fan Zone will include merchandise, food and drink options and meeting areas. Cowboy Corral is also scheduled to host the Vegas NFR Icons Tribute Reception for Fred Whitfield and Bob Tallman on December 4 at 4 p.m. The neighboring Bull & Barrel Saloon adds another gathering space.

Inside the arena

The Strip View Pavilion will feature the Cowboy+ Bar, an NFR Icons exhibit and screens carrying the arena action. Access to the bar is included for fans holding a ticket to that evening’s performance. Build extra time into your journey if you want to explore before taking your seat.

Visitor planning: allow an earlier arrival

Treat the pre-rodeo program as a separate part of your evening. Decide whether music, fan activities or time with your group matters most, then work backward from the start of the performance. Keep ticket access ready before leaving your hotel, choose a meeting point and leave enough time to find your seats. A busy entertainment area can make a last-minute arrival feel rushed.
